Privacy Policy

We will never share any information that you provide to us with anyone. All information that we collect will only be used to fulfill and complete your order.

Shipping and Handling

Orders are shipped out of the United States with the United States Postal Service (USPS) as the carrier. All orders are processed within 3 business days of your confirmation of purchase. Shipping is calculated by weight and distance of travel to destination which you can view before you finish your purchase. Tracking numbers are provided with all orders.

International orders are subject to customs fees by the receiving country. Artistry by Cleo is not responsible for any of these fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer. Please get in contact with your local postal service to check if your package has customs fees. 

Return and Exchange 

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return or an exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless damage or loss has occurred during the shipment. Return items must be in their original unused, unwashed, undamaged condition. Return items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Artistry by Cleo does not pay for return shipping costs. 

For exchanges, items must match the same conditions as listed above and may be exchanged for other items up to the identical value. If the value is not met, any additional extra will be provided with store credit for further use. Extra shipping charges may apply to ship and exchange items. To make a return or exchange, please contact us with your request and we will follow up with further instructions. 

If there are quality concerns that have extended past the 7-day return policy, please feel free to reach out to discuss the issue.

Holiday Returns: If items are purchased as a gift for the holidays the return/exchange window is extended on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to inquire about a holiday purchase return or exchange. 

Lost, Damaged, or Defective Products

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. All products will be replaced or refunded including the shipping charge if the product is defective or damaged. Items may be required to be returned before a refund or replacement is sent. Please keep everything that arrived including all packing material. When contacting us please send us pictures of the damage, if you're able, to make the process move faster. 

We will replace lost packages as long as the address that was provided originally was 100% correct. Please contact us if your package has not arrived within the designated time frame and you believe it's lost. All lost packages are subject to verification. Artistry by Cleo is not responsible for lost packages due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.
